Job description

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily work of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housepeeing supervision, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train housekeeping staff
• Assign and delegate tasks to housekeeping staff
• Ensure that rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard
• Order and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment
• Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness and maintenance issues
• Communicate with residents and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the housekeeping department
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of housekeeping supplies, equipment, and cleaning techniques
