The Villas at Giants Ridge is looking for a great person to lead our housekeeping team.

Job Description:

Coordinate with managers, peers, and staff to ensure that our villas and suites are clean and ready for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Works closely with the assistant and general manager to create great working relationships
• Communicates with maintenance and front desk
• Creates and coordinates a plan for the day for staff
• Trains staff on current and new cleaning procedures
• Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products
• Coordinate with the assistant and general manager on needed housekeeping supplies
• Respond to guest complaints and special requests
• Leading by example with housekeeping staff
• Scheduling shifts and handling sick calls
• Coordinating with laundry staff
• Communicating with the Assistant General Manager about any staffing issues
• Quality checks

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must have driver's license
• Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and team management skills
• Computer skills preferred, but can train
• Housekeeping Experience
• Highschool diploma or GED
• Detail oriented
• Leadership experience
• The ability to multi-task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
