Position Summary
This is a full-time position, split between Houseperson (24 hours/week) and Property Maintenance (16 hours/week). The primary functions of this position include responding to and remedying basic repair needs at the property, transporting housekeeping supplies, assisting housekeeping and front desk teams with various tasks, and responding to guest requests with exceptional customer service.
The work schedule is Thursday through Monday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Essential Job Functions
- Assist housekeeping team with laundry pick up and stocking, trash removal, vacuuming breezeway mats, and other duties.
- Respond to work orders for indoor and outdoor maintenance issues and IT/internet/tech-related work orders at properties as reported by Guest Services and Housekeeping.
- Purchase and deliver miscellaneous items from the hardware store to the property and/or units, and deliver packages from the office to units.
- Assist with seasonal deep cleans, move furniture in properties, and perform preventative maintenance duties such as battery replacement in fire alarms and CO detectors.
- Must be able to follow oral instructions and be pleasant, tactful, courteous, and cooperative with coworkers.
- Able to respond to guest requests and help provide exceptional customer service.
- Other duties as assigned
- EDUCATION: High School Degree or GED
- EXPERIENCE: Hospitality operations experience preferred, with at least one year of housekeeping experience.
- REQUIRED SKILLS: Organized, strong attention to detail, ability to perform job duties with minimal oversight, ability to communicate effectively with others.
- PREFERRED SKILLS: Bilingual English/Spanish, knowledge of housekeeping safety guidelines.
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs., climb stairs regularly, lift, twist, bend, stretch, and stand for an entire shift.
