Collins Aerospace Talent Acquisition (TA) organization is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant. This individual will be responsible for supporting our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence and the Global Talent Leader for Collins Aerospace. The incumbent will be working in a dynamic environment with matrixed reporting lines and varied responsibilities. This individual will play a vital role in supporting the operations and smooth functioning of the Talent team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver who is detailed oriented with exceptional communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced working environment.

This role can be worked remotely in the U.S.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Center of Excellence and the Vice President of Talent as needed

  • Maintain executive calendars; schedule meetings and resolve conflicts

  • Coordinate leadership/executive travel arrangements including completing appropriate expense reporting in a timely fashion

  • Organize and attend executive staff meetings, take meeting minutes, and distribute action items to attendees

  • Complete weekly reporting of key talent acquisition metrics using Microsoft Excel

  • Set agenda for and host a meeting every other week for all of Talent Acquisition to keep up to date on process changes, news, etc.

  • Administration of Talent Acquisition Teams/Leader MS Teams channels and reports

  • Drive the efficient onboarding of new team members to ensure timely delivery and set up of equipment and accounts

  • Coordination and logistics of Talent Acquisition team events and extracurricular activities

  • Plan and support Talent organizational events including logistics

  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings

  • Maintain accurate, updated organization charts

  • Act as point of contact for conference room assistance

  • Exhibit use of Continuous Improvement Tools

  • Exhibit proficient use of productivity and collaboration tools, including MS office 365 suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, OneNote etc.).

  • Participate in special projects and other tasks, as needed

  • Travel up to 5%

Basic Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Collins Aerospace will not offer sponsorship for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: primarily Excel, Power Point, Outlook

  • Experience with expense reporting

  • Ability to manage and handle confidential information

  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 35,000 USD - 79,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
