OREMOR Automotive Group is looking to add a

Benefits Administrator

The Benefits Administrator will manage the benefits programs/open enrollment including the maintenance of medical, dental, vision, disability,, life insurance, FMLA, flexible spending accounts. In addition, this person will monitor Leave of Absences to ensure we are compliant with federal and local regulations in regard to ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Section 125 and DOL requirements, and serve as a first level contact for COVID-19 compliance and exposures and other duties as assigned.

JOB LOCATION: ORANGE COUNTY - San Juan Capistrano, CA.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience as a Benefits Administrator with experience in Benefits, all types of Leave of Absences, and knowledge and experience with COVID-19 regulations and processes. He or she must be detail-oriented and with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Administer benefit programs/open enrollment, including but not limited to the maintenance of medical, dental, disability, life insurance, FMLA, flexible spending accounts, Wellness Program, etc.
  • Manage benefit open enrollment meetings, assist in developing presentation materials, and ensure that all employee health and welfare enrollment elections are processed accurately.
  • Monitor and audit carrier feeds to ensure accuracy of information feeding to various vendors for elected benefits from employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all pertinent federal and local regulations, filing and compliance requirements affecting employee benefit programs including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Section 125, and DOL requirements.
  • Administration of leaves of absences, provide guidance and support for FMLA and ADA accommodation requests.
  • Coordinates the separation process for COBRA administration, benefits file closure, and closing action items as needed.
  • Serve as the first level contact and response for COVID-19 safety and compliance concerns within each production.
  • Assist with contact tracing to identify potential COVID-19 exposures.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 + years of Benefits Administration experience including FMLA, COBRA, ADA, Medical, Dental, Vision, Wellness Programs, etc.
  • Previous HRIS experience.
  • Must have Leave management experience.
  • Must have knowledge and experience with Covid-19 requirements.
  • Excellent Communication skills to deal with employees, management and vendors relating to their Benefits and Leave of Absence issues.
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to Multi-Task by juggling multiple projects and be a team player.
  • Detail - Orientated.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment.
