Anika Systems is looking for a passionate and talented HR Data Analyst to join our expanding Federal team. We are a fast-growing woman-owned small business providing innovative IT solutions for federal government agencies. This opportunity will be 100% remote.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather and compile relevant HR data and metrics from a variety of sources including the human resource management system (HRM) to drive insights into HR and business performance
• Responsible for support, planning, consolidating, and modernizing current data visualization dashboards into a one stop shop for data, reporting, and analytics needs. This modernization effort will enhance the user experience and interface with data, improve analysis capabilities, reduce manual report requests, and support initiatives such as DEIA reporting, HR Metrics for Hybrid Work evaluation, HR Stats, and staffing planning aligned with CHIPS & Science Act allocations
• Support human capital analytics capabilities using Tableau and continual enhancement of analytics tools for executive leaders, directorate leadership, and program analysts to use in support of assessing and planning activities
• Build reports, analyses, and dashboards using Tableau and other tools as appropriate
• Support HRM in analyzing data, designing data tracking and reporting solutions, and developing reports
• Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with a focus on turnover, retention, talent acquisition, compensation, and other areas of the business as required.
• Develop templates and dashboards for reports to make it easier to present findings to senior leadership
• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of HR reporting tools. Assist in the growth efforts of HR analytics offerings
• Partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements to develop HR reporting tools and services such as dashboard development, to support the department.
• Regularly produce HR metric reports and share results with HR leadership. Produce actionable reports that show key HR performance indicators, identify areas of improvement into current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems.

Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government suitability clearance.
