HR at Barclays
HR Operations
HR Operations manage global sub-services across the employee lifecycle, supporting all of human resources, as well as colleagues across Barclays. Sub-services consist of Employee Data Management, HR Operations Helpdesk Talent and Development Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations and Reward and Performance Operations. Payroll is a critical service for Barclays, covering 27 country payrolls and spanning over 400 unique processes and vendors.
As a part of our team, you’ll be involved in varied and stimulating challenges which are critical for a wide range of stakeholders including current and former Barclays employees, line managers, candidates, and all of the HR teams. You'll be responsible for providing excellent support to colleagues on HR and Payroll transactions and queries relating to the end-to-end colleague lifecycle at Barclays; from onboarding to off boarding/retirement.
Are you eligible?
First, you’ll need the right qualifications. You'll need 5 GCSEs at A*-C (9-5) including Maths and English (or equivalent)
