HR Recruiting Coordinator
Job description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Human Resources team as a Human Resources Coordinator. The right candidate will have a background in HR and will be responsible for maintaining employee records and handling human resources generalist tasks. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who has a genuine interest in working with people, and can work well in a fast-paced environment. Our Human Resources Coordinator will also be responsible for completing any special projects assigned by the Human Resources Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, process and distribute correspondence to appropriate parties.
- Compile and forward requests for information to the people responsible for the information.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Attend meetings and take minutes.
- Answer incoming calls politely and efficiently.
- Attend workshops relating to human resources activities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for company staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $33.00 per hour
