Job Summary
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for driving and coordinating Human Resource systems implementation, integration and building efficiency through automation. Provides support for various HR systems including, but not limited to, researching and resolving problems with Workday, Position Manager, PSN Wizard, Job Descriptions, Excel Macros, and Laserfiche. Support HR and system requests regarding inquiries, errors, and data issues. Responsible for HR system upgrades and modifications including identifying requirements, configuration, testing and implementation. Coordinate and deliver HR projects in a timely manner. Identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities and recommends process improvements, innovative solutions, and practice changes. Maintains and ensures integrity of HR data feeds, information databases, tables, and reporting functions. Create and support a variety of reports utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in development, implementation of information systems.
Excellent computer skills and experience generating reports utilizing Microsoft Office programs
Knowledge/experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Knowledge/experience with VBA
Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a major in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
