We are seeking a passionate, ethical, and proactive Human Capital Coordinator to join our Family!
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintains accurate and up-to-date electronic human resources files, records, and documentation.
- Develop, deliver, and assist in training (manuals and/or presentations) on various topics (HR and Operation).
- Visit all the Norsan Restaurant locations in GA to interact with the staff (FOH and BOH), check on the employee boards (information is up to date), and review if the staff is adhering to the dress code and other policies.
- Receive employee complaints.
- Appropriately escalates and reports issues and complaints to Human Capital Management.
- Performs periodic “in situ” audits of payroll.
- Compile a variety of metrics, queries, and standard reports and provide associated data analysis and interpretation (recruitment sources, candidates’ status, hires, etc.).
- Filter resumes for Management positions (first interview), set up next interviews, and follow up on candidate’s process (assessments, drug test, background check, and references).
- Collaborate with the HR Team on various projects such as internal communication.
- Assists with planning and execution of special events such as Health Fairs, Caring Team events, and others.
- Assists in the development of HR solutions by collecting and analyzing information.
- Provide support to managers to ensure they are knowledgeable about their responsibilities regarding HR Processes and procedures.
- Assist with responding to general employee questions on HR matters.
- Work on ad hoc projects as required.
- Lead and participate in other projects and activities determined by management.
- Ensures that the Corporate Purpose and Values are always followed.
- Fully bilingual (English-Spanish)
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in both languages
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Demonstrate a high degree of initiative and action orientation
- 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related preferred.
- Full-time.
- Annual Salary paid on a biweekly basis.
