Heritage Oaks Hospital is a freestanding, 125-bed acute psychiatric hospital dedicated to serving the greater Sacramento area. We provide treatment to adolescents, adults and seniors living with mental health challenges.

We are currently looking for a per diem HR assistant to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for providing human resources support for the facility by accurately performing data entry and tracking data. Maintains all electronic and paper employee records and information related to employment. Ensures the confidentiality of all data and information. Assists the Human Resources Director, HR Generalist, and Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) with various projects.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED is required.

Experience: A minimum of one (1) year experience in human resources, preferably in a health care setting; or any combination of education, training or experience in an office setting strongly preferred.

Additional Requirements: Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours as requested. Annual TB screening is required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
• Weekend availability
