We are seeking a qualified candidates for immediate placement in our Corporate Office located in Deerfield, IL. The ideal candidate will have 1 year minimum experience working in the human resources field. This position provides a variety of administrative, analytical and support functions to the Director of Human Resources.
This is a challenging, fast-pace job with Monday to Friday schedule, NO nights and weekend shifts and flexible work scheduling is available after your first 90 days. Our employees enjoy a great work/life balance and a highly supportive team environment.
We offer competitive pay range of $48,000-$52,000 annually, commensurate with experience and an excellent benefits package including the following:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process as delegated to include posting of open positions, administering offer letters, and tracking the onboarding process of new hires. Carryout new hire implementation in Paychex and Employee Navigator
- Utilize our benefits administration system to assist teammates with enrollment, life event updates, and benefits inquiries
- Leaves of Absence
- Instruct teammates on filing for leave including LOA, STD, LTD
- Maintain leave records and return to work status (Paychex Flex Status)
- Inform teammate and collect payment of benefits while teammate is on leave
- Instruct teammates on filing for leave including LOA, STD, LTD
- HRIS system maintenance
- Maintain teammate files/records
- Analytics and monthly reporting including hiring, turnover, license exclusionary reports, etc.
- Crosstrain within HR Function for position backup
