Compensation Range: $100,000 - $110,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compensation Planning & Budgeting
- Administer the annual process for salary increases and bonus payments including system set-up, validation of data and distribution of reports
- Lead the semi-annual HQ payroll budget building process, and manage forecasting on a monthly basis in collaboration with the Finance team
- Manage in partnership with the Finance team semi-annual Field payroll budget building process, and manage forecasting on a monthly basis
- Administer compensation policy by the creation and distribution of salary grids
- Participate in regular bench-marking processes and analyze industry data to evaluate roles and determine competitiveness of compensation by market, update our salary ranges every year
Analysis & Support
- Provide analytical support to pay decisions and compensation plan design for both field and corporate
- Provide support and analysis to field management in the review of HR indicator reporting and the development of action plans to deliver positive change
- Help develop a culture of performance driven results
- Provide analysis on the effectiveness of various incentive and HR programs against key metrics including turnover and payroll as a percentage of net sales\
Incentives
- Lead and supervise calculations and report on bi-weekly commission payments and monthly/seasonal bonus payments for retail population
- Calculate and report on annual bonus payments for corporate population
- Support the implementation of new and/or revised incentive plans for employees including communication and templates for the calculation of payments and reporting
- Lead and supervise in collaboration with Retail Operations, manage incentives program for non-management retail population including providing quarterly reports and analysis
HRIS Management & Reporting
- Support implementation of HRIS compensation module during annual salary reviews
- Lead, assess, and partner with HRBP's on employee satisfaction surveys through CultureAmp including system set-up and distribution of reports
- Lead and supervise development and delivery of all HR indicator reporting including but not limited to turnover , headcount, FTE, productivity, training and adhoc reporting on a periodic basis and as needed
- Develop and provide adhoc reporting and analysis and/or collaboration on special projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years' experience in compensation or finance
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business or human resources
- Experience in HRIS systems; UltiPro preferred
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint presentation skills
- Prior personnel budgeting/forecasting experience required
- People management and leadership skills
- Problem solver and action oriented; drive for results
- Ability to handle multiple and competing priorities working with a variety of leaders
- Passionate about building relationships, ability to influence and drive change

- Strong oral and written communication skills
