The Human Resources Coordinator schedule consists of working Monday through Thursday, 10:00pm – 8:30am. Pay rate: $20 - 23/hr. Qualified candidates will have 2 - 3 years of HR experience (Bilingual is a plus). Daily responsibilities include:

• Ensuring employees are following policy and procedure
• Managing employee relations issues such as conflict resolution, investigations, complaints, questions
• Assisting with benefits enrollment
• Coordinating and promoting engagement events for 3rd shift
• Data entry, timekeeping records for payroll, managing, organizing, and creating employee and HR related electronic files and records
