Human Resources Coordinator / Recruiter position in Lake Villa, IL!

Lee Hecht Harrison is looking for an HR & Recruitment professional with experience onboarding light industrial talent within a manufacturing organization. If you’re looking for a high-growth opportunity at a company that has an international reach, this position is for you!

  Compensation Range: $25.00 - $30.00 Per Hour (Depending on Experience & Technical Skillet)
• Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
• Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full-Time; 40 Hours & Flexible)
• Worksite: 90% Onsite / In-Office (Some Remote Flexibility)
• Dress Code: Business Casual
• Report To: Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

• Spearheading recruitment & onboarding efforts for high-turnover light industrial roles within a manufacturing organization
• Driving talent attraction through job posts, proactive recruiting on job boards, and updating the applicant tracking system within ADP
• Processing bi-weekly payroll, making changes based on life circumstances, and ensuring timely pay
• Handling increasing responsibilities within benefits administration, employee relations, etc.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR Coordinator, or HR Generalist
• Prior experience within the manufacturing / industrial space is ideal (understanding how to recruit & interact with light industrial talent is necessary)
• Prior experience utilizing an ATS / HRIS such as ADP Workforce Now or Paylocity
• Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred but not necessary
