Kaufman Trailers is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for our Bennettsville, SC location.

If you have a passion for HR, and looking to kickstart your caeer in the field, this is the position for you. Your role will as an HR Generalist will have a wide range of HR task, that will include assisting in maintaining all employee benefit programs, enroll new employees, record changes. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. You will serve as a resource and contact person for employee inquires on HR related topics. The goal is to ensure that Human Resources is operating effectively to deliver maximum value to the Company.

Responsibilities

• Assist with benefit plans
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conduct employee onboarding
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics and resolve any issues that may arise
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Performs other duties as assigned
