Job Description:

The Human Resources Generalist role is responsible for performing HR-related duties including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management and employment law compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding all new hires including offer letters, background checks, ADP onboarding, benefit enrollment, and any necessary access
  • Maintain physical and digital files for employee documents and benefits
  • Schedule and track all training courses for new hires and employees annually
  • Calculate Provider (PA and NP) quarterly bonus
  • Track Provider in-direct costs for reimbursement
  • Track Provider credentials โ€“ i.e. โ€“ professional licenses, registrations, and

certifications

  • Maintain new hire status spreadsheet
  • Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll
  • Administer LOAs
  • Administer Open Enrollment annually in collaboration with Benefits broker
  • Educate current and prospective employees on HR policies, job duties, employee benefits including LOAs
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee matters including employee discipline, policies, regulations, and laws
  • Calculating Provider quarterly bonuses
  • Offboarding โ€“ including collaboration with benefits administrators for COBRA and 401k
  • Prepare and process requests for employment verification
  • Evaluate employee performance and pay scale in collaboration with managers
  • Maintain all human resources systems and processes

Required skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Prior experience working with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Prior payroll processing experience a must
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
