Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. The HR Generalist will work closely with management and employees to ensure a positive employee experience and support the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on various HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary action
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, as well as employee handbook updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment processes, employee relations, and performance management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Professional certification (PHR/SPHR) is a plus
