Job Summary
Our growing company is looking to fill the of a Human Resources Lead. The successful candidate will assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving HR issues.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support in HR functional areas including but not limited to recruitment and hiring, employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, organization development training and special projects.
- Provide support to management in the strategic planning process and develop HR strategies that support business needs.
- Develop HR metrics and KPI’s; generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and submit recommendations to management.
- Customize and deliver specific HR initiatives such as coaching managers on performance management, employee development, and succession management.
- Assist with the annual performance review process.
- Drive performance management initiatives for the organization.
- Advise and coach team members.
- Oversee and assist in the day-to-day management of HR programs, strategies, and projects; with knowledge of local legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Execute & assist with other projects/tasks as assigned.
Experience, Education & Language
- Degree and major: bachelor’s degree in human resources- related field.
- 3+ years of high performing work experience in HR with increasing responsibility.
- Language: English (Fluent)

- Knowledgeable in local and federal labor laws and best HR practices
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolutions skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with all levels within an organization.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management system.
