HVAC Apartment Maintenance Technician (Biloxi)
Job description
Multi-Family Community in BILOXI has an IMMEDIATE opening for a highly motivated, experienced HVAC Apartment Maintenance Tech.
Hiring immediately- At least 5 years' experience in the Apartment industry is required.
Basic knowledge of;
*HVAC certification is REQUIRED.
*carpentry,
*plumbing,
*electrical,
*appliance repairs,
Duties will include but not limited to HVAC service and preventive maintenance, make ready apartments, maintenance work orders, as well as other issues that might arise to keep the community up and running. Must be able to handle on-call maintenance emergency after hour calls on a rotating schedule.
***Reliable transportation with valid auto insurance and current driver's license is a must.***
This is a full-time 8-5 Mon-Fri position with occasional on-call/after hours. On-call will be taken on a rotating schedule with the staff.
