Gropp Heating, Air & Electric is hiring for HVAC Dispatch & Billing. Servicing the Moscow and Pullman area for over 30 years, we’re looking for you to join our team!

HVAC Dispatch & Billing in a Nutshell

This position is an office position that handles the HVAC side of our business, including customer relations and office tasks like invoicing and entering payables.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Take customer calls, assess customer issue or complaint, set up job and dispatch to our technicians

· Enter vendor invoices daily

· Prepare customer invoices and take customer calls regarding questions

· Manage our Comfort Plus program

· Manage commercial customer Preventative Maintenance contracts

· Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

· 2-3 years of office experience

· Excellent customer service skills

· High school diploma

· Positive attitude

· Willingness to work well with customers and other employees to get tasks accomplished effectively

· Full-time

· Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

· Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
