1st Choice Air Solutions is looking to hire two full-time Residential HVAC Lead Installers to provide excellent craftsmanship and customer service as they go into our clients' homes and install heating and cooling systems. Our HVAC Installers generally work M-F from 6am to 5pm. Pay is depending on experience and soft skills. QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant experience
- EPA Certification
- Energetic and well organized
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Physical ability to lift 60+lbs perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems
- Friendly, service minded professional
- Has a genuine interest in the safety and comfort of our clients
- Has a long-term interest in this industry and never quits learning
- Can effectively communicate solutions to problems
