Responsibilities

• Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including but not limited to furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
• Conduct assessments and evaluations of HVAC systems to determine repair and replacement needs
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain repairs and maintenance required and provide advice on HVAC system use and care
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations while on the job
• Keep accurate records of all service and maintenance activities performed on HVAC systems
• Stay current with industry developments and new technology in the HVAC field to continually improve service delivery
• Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude while interacting with clients and coworkers
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and support staff to ensure the timely completion of service calls and meet customer expectations

• EPA Certificate (required)
• 2 + years of Service and repair of residential HVAC systems experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license for at least 5 years and valid driving record
• Able to pass a background check and and drug screen
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
