Due to high employee turnover we are looking for a dedicated HVAC Technician to help maintain our energy efficient facility. The skilled candidate will be required to perform preventative maintenance tasks, data entry and respond to any customer repair needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with a strong work ethic, and has prior experience performing residential maintenance tasks such as installing, repairing and replacing air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps and venting systems.

Responsibilities:

• Use hand tools to repair and replace parts, including bolts, switches, thermostats and wiring.
• Install, clean and maintain heating and cooling systems for residential homes.
• Read schematics to determine wiring of heating and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot problems with air conditioning or heating systems.
• Test refrigerants in heating and cooling systems to ensure they are not leaking.
• Help out installers when demand is there.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
