The ICU Nurse Manager will be joining a 100+ patient bed short term acute care hospital. This beautifully equipped hospital offers a wide array of impressive services including 24/7 Emergency Services, Cancer Care, Diagnostic Imaging, advanced surgical services, and more. This ICU Nurse Manager will oversee a state-of-the-art Critical Care department including 20 ICU beds, staff members including Registered Nurses, many of which have their CCRN Certification, Support Staff, Clinical Supervisors, Charge RNs, and other tenured healthcare professionals. The ICU Nurse Manager will report directly to the Director of Critical Care Services and will be responsible for day-to-day clinical operations, resource management, budgetary oversight, and collaboration with over department leaders. Prior leadership experience in Critical Care Services will make for quick interviews!
