Job Description
JOB SUMMARY: Under general direction, is responsible for performing numerous clerical tasks and other duties in support of the Cardiac Cath and Interventional Angiography labs. Will have contact with patients on a daily basis. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Education & Training: High School Diploma or other combination of training and experience sufficient to meet reading, writing and verbal communication requirements.
Qualifications
Work Orientation & Experience: One-year healthcare experience preferred. Microsoft Office experience required. Meditech experience preferred. Skills & Abilities: Visual and hearing abilities sufficient for observing and interpreting technical information from graphic and written sources. Ability to: a) convey effective verbal and written information, b) organize and manage time effectively, c) prioritize tasks appropriately, d) relate positively and maintain discretion with patients, e) project a positive image of the organization in support of Service Excellence, f) respond appropriately to direction, g) function effectively as a member of a collaborative team.
