The Application Support and Implementation Specialist (ASIS) is a customer-facing position requiring strong customer service skills. The AISI is responsible for providing support and training for software and mobile application products. ASIS is responsible for promptly answering internal and external customer requests, and troubleshooting software and some hardware issues, including our newest products. They will also support internal and external customers with basic installation, maintenance, and some product enhancements. The ASIS may also interact with our Engineering staff, Sales and Operations teams, and Customer Success Managers (CSM).


Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound inquiries from external and internal customers regarding Seed software and some hardware via phone, email, and web cases.
  • Provide Education, training & Set-Up of Seed Software and peripherals
  • Work with Cantaloupe’s sales reps and Cantaloupe’s customer care managers to discuss any customer issues
Requirements:

  • Associates degree or higher
  • Deliver a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Deliver a high level of commitment to Cantaloupe’s internal teamwork - assure cross-functional/departmental cooperation
  • Multi-task oriented, ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
Preferred Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles/positions
  • Vending industry experience helpful
  • Understanding of business process models
  • Ability to perform research
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate across the organization
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
