Job description

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the onboarding of new clients and expansion of existing clients’ programs to the TI system. The position requires solid, general knowledge of all TI functions to meet client needs as well as strong project coordination skills. This position will routinely work as the go-between internal departments and the client to keep onboarding on target and onboarding/change management deadlines adhered to.

• Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, at various stages of the onboarding process, adhering to set deadlines
• Ability to manage customer expectations and embrace critical feedback
• Strong track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing solutions
• Develop new, and improve existing, workflows and processes
• Team player who is comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor
• Prefer trying and failing to getting it perfect the first time
• Passion for technology and how it can be leveraged to drive business impact
• Love for the rapid, unpredictable nature of a fast-growing tech company

Previous Work Experience: Normally twelve to eighteen months of previous work experience is required to meet job standards.

Education or Experience: This position must possess a High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED); or twelve to eighteen months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Proficiency: Advanced proficiency on e-mail, spreadsheet and word processing software required; must be able to view, read, and send e-mail; create, edit and print spreadsheets; and create, edit, and print documents. Must be able to understand complex TI system requirements at a high level of accuracy.
