Comfort Keepers is looking for passionate and compassionate caregivers to provide interactive caregiving, personal cares, and give a helping hand to our seniors and veterans in the metro area. We service the following areas with 4hrs, 6hrs, 8hrs and 12hr shifts. These shifts can be during the day, evening, or overnights.
Maple Grove, Crystal, Coon Rapids, Brooklyn Park, Golden Valley, Fridley, Roseville, New Hope, St. Louis Park, Edina, Minneapolis, Minnetonka, Hopkins, Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Chanhassen, and Wayzata
Essential Functions of the Caregiver/CNA Role:
- Provide one-on-one support to adults over 18, primarily seniors, in their home
- Performs duties as assigned on client's Care Plan
- Provides companionship for the client
- Provides emotional support and promotes a sense of well-being
- Assists the client with activities of daily living
- Provides for a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients and family members
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Must have reliable transportation
- Applicant must meet or exceed minimum qualifications for Background Checks and screening
- Must demonstrate satisfactory completion of any stated mandated training
- Candidate must be at least 18 years or older
Our Process and What to Expect:
Following the interview, if we determine it is a good fit, a job offer will be extended right away. Training generally takes place the following week. Background screening results and negative TB test results must be received prior to orientation.
