Timeshare Exit Sales Representatives – In House Department

Vacation Village at Parkway is seeking experienced sales representatives. At Vacation Village, we recognize that our employees are our greatest asset. We reward our employees’ efforts by providing an Employee Stock Ownership Plan as well as other benefits to secure their financial future.

We provide sales training for our vacation products. Our sales representatives receive a per diem and earn commissions and bonus.

Job Responsibilities

Sales representatives will be selling our vacation ownership products to guests who have toured and declined to purchase in a professional manner. This includes:

• Identifying and resolving guests’ concerns during their tour of the resort and purchase.
• Surveying guests regarding their travel desires, habits and frequency of travel in order to assess their needs.
• Communicates to current and potential customers the advantages of vacation ownership and the surrounding amenities.

Position Requirements

• Previous Timeshare sales experience
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong emphasis on positive attitude and effective communication skills.
• Florida Real Estate License Required.

Benefit Conditions:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Kissimmee, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Real Estate License (Preferred)
