Title: Incident/Problem Manager

Location: Park Circle Westfield Center, OH (on site 2 days a week)

Duration: 6-month contract to hire

PAY: 40-50/hr

Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking an Incident/Problem Manager for a large Insurance company near Cleveland, OH! They will be working on the IT Service Management organization responsible for incident and problem management practices. They will be working in Easy Vista service tool helping to analyze incident data, track and document incident data across the organization including US Specialty group data. Additionally, managing problem queues. Incident (break-fix), root-cause analysis. Want someone to reinvigorate their problem management practices by ensuring that in cases where incidents have occurred, root-cause analysis tickets have been submitted as well for larger incidents. Complete full checklist to best of ability and in-depth tickets.

Must Have:

• 3+ year’s experience in service management
• 1+ year’s in problem management
• Root-cause analysis and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate with non-technical people.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Easy Vista, Splunk or similar asset management tool

Plusses:

• ITIL certification (V3 or V4)
• Associate or bachelor’s Degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
