Benoit Counseling Center is looking for an independently licensed clinician to join our team. This jobs starts as a mix of maternity leave coverage for our clinicians and your own caseload. Most on-boarding clinicians choose to start part-time as they transition away from their current job and build a comfortable caseload with us. Then they choose to work full-time hours with us but it is not required. Clinicians in our practice have no productivity requirements (minimum or maximum) and can work any hours they choose including evenings and weekends as the building is always open.

We are located in beautiful office suite in West Boylston right by the Wachusett Reservoir. The building is easy to access, with ample parking for yourself and clients. The building is handicap accessible and well lit at night to meet all client needs.

One of the biggest draws to employment at BCC we have found is the socialization and support of your fellow clinicians. We are all ready to help each other at anytime and leave our doors open to talk and hangout when we have down time. We provide a team lunch every Wednesday and vote for a new restaurant to try each week to get a break from the office. Our practice is run by clinicians not administrators so we focus on the needs of the clinicians first and foremost. We truly prioritize avoiding burn out and the isolation that can be the biggest draw back to private practice.

Pay for this position is straight Fee For Service with compensation for no-shows as well. Pay starts at 55 and hour but goes up quickly based on experience and specialties. This is a W2 position with bi-weekly pay. It is required that you be licensed to be able to be paneled with insurance. (BCC will facilitate the panelling process.) We are looking to hire now but your start date may not be for a couple months due to the slow nature of insurance panels. Regrettably this job does not offer health insurance at this time due to our small size.
