**Differential Pay of .65 when working evening shift, .75 when working night shift.**

**After 180 working days you will receive an increase of .75**

**1st Shift 7:00 am - 3:00 pm**

**2nd Shift 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm**

**3rd Shift 11:00 pm – 7:00 am**

This is a rotating shifts position!

As a Production Operator, you will be a key component of our operations, guaranteeing that a top notch product is accessible to our customers when they require them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

Key Responsibilities:

• The job includes blending, measuring, and creating raw materials to manufacture industrial coatings.
• Prepare materials and product for packaging and delivery to customers.
• You will work in a production environment with the appropriate safety procedures in place.

Qualifications

• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds on a steady basis throughout the day.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.

• Capacity to work any job, and work overtime as needed.
