We are seeking a Industrial Maintenance Lead to join the Morgan Hill team. The Industrial Maintenance Lead is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the maintenance of plant equipment and structures to produce the highest quality product at optimum cost and with a minimum of downtime. salary: $60,000 - $64,500 per year

Responsibilities

Ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude with a hands-on mind set

• read and understand blueprints, schematics and manufacturing repair manuals
• maintain facilities and equipment as required by GMP’s & Standard Operating Procedures
• build, install, maintain, and overhaul all equipment, including pipe systems and all machinery
• overhaul, repair and maintaining equipment as require to meet business needs
• LOTO procedures per OSHA standards and company policies and best practices

MUST have experience with diesel, gas and hydraulic equipment mechanic experience

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 45lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
