Job description

As a Teacher for Petite Scholars Learning Center, your primary responsibility will be to develop our scholars.

• Providing a safe and orderly environment in which our academic objectives will be achieved.
• Meet the emotional, social, physical and cognitive needs of each child
• Establish routines and provide positive guidance for our Scholars
• Prepare monthly plan charts for your classroom

• Report progress of children to parents in bi-annual reports and through parent-teacher conferences
• Maintain daily open communication with our parents
• Keep accident reports
• Maintain anecdotal records
• Maintain confidentiality
• Responsible for reporting any suspected abuse to the Director
• Arrange the classroom environment in accordance to our program goals and philosophy
• Meet all applicable licensing regulations
• Establish routines and provide positive guidance for our Scholars

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
