Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services, including performance, connectivity, and security issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure.
  • Monitor network performance and capacity to identify and resolve issues before they affect users.
  • Support infrastructure projects by configuring and testing network services.
  • Document technical procedures, configurations, and changes.
  • Support the integration of new technologies and best practices for network infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in network engineering or related field.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.
  • Experience with Infoblox appliances and services.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, procedures, and standards.
  • Certifications such as Infoblox Certified Network Administrator (ICNA) or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are a plus.
  • Must comply with ITAR regulation

  • Must have a US Valid indefinite Work Permit

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $68,200 - $102,200.
