Description:Primarily responsible for maintaining the cybersecurity posture and baseline of the C2BMC deployed assets at Beale AFB. Provide feedback to the Cyber Operations Lead and ISSM and attend TIM meetings. Participate in the coordination of system security and connection authorizations to C2BMC systems. Provide input to POA&M and RAR processes and memorandum of understanding/agreements. Assist in providing status on site security posture, such as, IAVA compliance and NTO/JTO status. Candidate must be a self-starting problem solver, capable of planning, coordinating, directing and controlling their individual projects, and possess the capability to work with limited supervision.
Secondarily responsible for providing Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) planning, execution, and follow-on support for the C2BMC element of the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS). Researches, develops, and recommends appropriate cybersecurity countermeasures for networks, systems, and/or applications to support mission assurance across defined key cyber terrain.
Must meet certification requirements of DoD 8570 IAT III (CISSP (or Associate), CASP CE, CISA, GCED, GCIH). Candidate will be responsible to maintain DoD 8570 certification for the full contract period

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $131,200 - $247,300. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

- Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
Must meet certification requirements of DoD 8570 IAT III (CISSP (or Associate), CASP CE, CISA, GCED, GCIH). Candidate will be responsible to maintain DoD 8570 certification for the full contract period
- DoD Command and Control system experience to include system architecture, security engineering, and network engineering.
- Knowledge of modern computer systems, client/server, LAN/WAN and Network concepts, modern network management and monitoring concepts. Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Linux (RHEL) operating systems.
- Experience in problem solving and troubleshooting of complex/distributed DoD systems. Hands-on experience with security/vulnerability scanners, IDS, and network assessments.
- Strong working knowledge of IA concepts such as patch management, multi-factor authentication, host-based security, intrusion detection, security event management and defense-in-depth is required.
- Knowledge of POA&M and RAR processes.
- Strong familiarity with DoD, MDA, and Program security documentation, system security engineering designs, and network cybersecurity concepts.
- Knowledge of DoDI 8500.01, DoDI 8510.01, DoDI 8530.1, DoD 857.01-M, CJCSM 6510.01B and Risk Management Framework policies and requirements.
- Sound knowledge and practical experience to direct the assessment and development of Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) and/or Operating Instructions (OIs) to effectively administer and provide cybersecurity standards under assigned area of responsibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Project, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel.
- Knowledge of modern computer systems, client/server, LAN/WAN and Network concepts, modern network management and monitoring concepts.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, network attack, computer network defense and exploitation concepts, practices, and tools for the administration of all DoD computer systems
- Experience with HBSS, ArcSight, Endgame, and CyberArc preferred
- Must be familiar with Windows/Linux based troubleshooting, understand where to locate specific log files for forensics
- Knowledge and proficiency in technical writing.
- TS/SCI Clearance Preferred
- Previous experience maintaining C2BMC systems and a Missile Defense Agency background
- CISSP or CASP Certifications
- Scripting on Linux, UNIX or Windows servers and Windows Workstation
- Understanding of Two-Factor Authentication administration
- Experienced in IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
