About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager in the Innovation team's AI and Data Insight Incubation team. We work with other innovators and line-of-business subject matter experts to create proof of concepts that demonstrate the viability of new products/tools/processes/insights. Our job is to demonstrate how magic ideas can become real at Wells Fargo. In this role, you will:
  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas of the enterprise
  • Deliver solutions that are proof-of-concepts of Innovation Data Products and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable plans.
  • Experience leading efforts that require integration of multiple technology systems, data stores, operations, or customer service processes
  • Previous product management or delivery experience with any of the following areas:
    • Web Technologies: UI frameworks, design systems, and SaaS platforms.
    • Digital Analytics: Hypothesize driven design and development, experimentation, behavioral and performance analytics, segmentation, and cohort analysis.
    • AI/Machine Learning
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Ability to sit on-site at approved location at least three days a week (New York, NY; Bay Area, CA; Phoenix, Arizona; or Charlotte, NC)

Pay Range
$138,500.00 - $287,600.00 Annual
