Inside Call Center Representative
Job description
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with personality to join our call center!
Job responsibilities will include:
- Providing the highest level of customer service
- Calling leads and taking inbound calls
- Providing accurate, satisfactory answers to customer inquiries and concerns
- Correct entry of all data
- Constant professional and positive demeanor while in the work place and on the phones
Requirements:
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Upbeat, friendly and positive attitude and personality
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
