Our company is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the estimating team in order to develop new customer relationships, as well as building sales opportunities within the existing customer base. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to self-motivate.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Develop customer relationships to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
