We are a manufacturer of cable and electromechanical assemblies and a value-added reseller of bar code equipment to the medical, defense, and industrial equipment industries and have been in business over 90 years. We are seeking a Client Representative (Inside Sales) to join our sales team.
This is a full time position working in our Baltimore County (White Marsh) office. This is not a remote position but you will enjoy coming into the office to work with a great group of people! The schedule is generally Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm with an option to work a half day every other Friday. In addition, we do offer flexibility for occasional work from home.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a professional that can effectively interface with large business customers and suppliers from the start. If you are this individual you will also need to be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, highly productive, and extremely well-organized. You must work effectively with other team members including other Inside and Outside Sales Reps.
Job Duties
As a Client Representative for RESCO Electronics you will be part of a sales team. You will be responsible for:
- Generating quotations
- Processing orders
- Expediting product shipments from our suppliers
- Processing return requests
- Working closely with our Procurement, Manufacturing, and Shipping departments to coordinate the purchasing, receipt, production, and shipment of product to fulfill customer orders
- Communicating directly with our customers and suppliers to ensure that deliveries are made on schedule and that any problems are resolved.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including Word and Excel. You should only apply for this job if you are proficient with MS Excel and Word
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
