We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we’re searching for an Inside Sales Manager with a track record of driving sales and smashing targets to help us fill our rooms, meeting suites and banquet halls.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
- To manage all aspects of sales, while achieving specific individual and team goals.
- To manage incoming leads as the lead catcher for the sales department. This includes verifying availability & rates, preparing, presenting, and negotiating group proposals and contracts to drive groups & meetings revenue for the hotel.
- Partner with Outside Sales team to execute and generate proposals, RFPs, and contracts.
- To maintain directory of past, repeat, and potential group/transient/catering business.
- To understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner with attention to detail
- To document all sales interactions in a clear, concise manner.
- Effectively communicate the client's needs with all relevant departments by facilitating billing, food and beverage arrangements and any special requests.
- Team player with a guest centric attitude to do the right thing, think creatively, be an active listener with excellent presentation skills
- Communicates regularly with various department involved in servicing accounts.
- Conducts site inspections, meets with and entertain clients as needed
- Obtain, document and route all necessary information on definite groups, including billing information, credit application, rooming list and VIP arrangements. Details on meeting arrangements, menus, audio-visual arrangements, etc., should be documented and passed on to catering manager for follow up.
- Strong understanding of hotel selling cycle
- Prior experience in the hotel industry.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What We need from you:
- Strong business communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Talk and listen to clients, demonstrating excellent sales skills by knowing and selling product in a professional and courteous manner
- Knowledge of Delphi/Amadeus, Cvent, Meeting Broker, RFP platforms, Microsoft Office
- May be required to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Someone who enjoys working as and being part of a team that provides an exceptional guest experience great experiences for our Guests!
- Strong attention to detail is necessary in this role

Salary range: $27 - $35 an hour
