Job Summary

Support growth and retention of all accounts by developing relationships with current accounts and developing new accounts through direct sales activities. This will include assigned prospects, working from lists, assigned accounts and marketing leads through calling, email and in person.

Process all customer inquiries, quotations and orders as received. Confirm pricing, quantities, and delivery requirements with the customer. Interface with sales management, graphic design, production, and accounting to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Primary Duties:

• Work with existing and new customers in person, on the phone and email to introduce company’s capabilities.
• Prospecting.
• Determine customer requirements and timelines to match company capabilities.
• Follow-up with new or existing customer inquiries on various marketing campaigns.
• Maintain customer reporting system and other sales reports.
• Achieve and maintain rapport with customers.
• Receive all incoming inquiries, requests for quotes and orders from customers.
• Call on customers weekly to confirm experience or to ensure customer needs have been met.

• Education - Associates degree in business or marketing preferred.
• Experience - 3 to 5 years in sales in the promotional industry or related industries preferred.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Office 365.
• Adobe Illustrator, Shopworks and general CRM experience preferred.
• Must be self-starter and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
