IAA, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our corporate headquarters in Westchester, IL.
The Inside Sales Representative will perform outbound sales calls including lead follow up, sales qualification and client account reviews to maintain and grow a portfolio of customers and meet and/or exceed daily outbound call quotas. Focus will be on establishing value-added relationships with assigned list of customers to ensure client retention and satisfaction. Incumbent is motivated, persuasive and consultative with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing clients
- Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including networking and cold calls
- Develops and implements strategies for sales in an assigned area
- Applies knowledge of the field and business features to match deliverables to the needs of clients
- Answers inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large
- Provides information, quotes, terms, and other bid specifications to clients
- Accountable for meeting and exceeding assigned revenue goals and targets
- Understand and articulate our value propositions and full portfolio of offerings through inside sales channels
- Regularly prepares and reports results, status of accounts, and leads to manager
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Organized with attention to detail
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
