This position will be responsible for engaging prospective customers via inbound phone calls and following up with current contacts. The responsibilities of this role include the day-to-day activities to proactively engage with customers, and prospects to include:
- Marketing Management: generate new outreach campaigns, manage activity and vendors, generate prospect lists
- Lead Generation: compiling market research, creating and disseminating written, emailed, broadcast, and posted content to attract prospects, and directly contacting (phone, email) to drive engagement
- Lead Qualification and Sales: assessing, investigating, and qualifying interested parties as promising sales prospects; in certain situations, quoting, proposing, and contracting for new customers
- System Enhancement: review, formalize, evaluate, and implement improvements to growth-supporting processes and channels
Required Skills
- Previous experience with inside sales and a familiarity with the sales cycle
- Tele prospecting and Presentation skills extremely helpful
- Demonstrated proficiency with Sales systems
- Demonstrated professional phone etiquette
- Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must perform well in high-energy, dynamic and team-oriented environments
- Proficient level of competency with Microsoft Desktop Applications (MS-Word, MS-Excel, etc.), other software applications such to use client (CRM) as well as web and social selling
