Neotric Power

is a Southern California solar installer that you can trust. We operate from Bakersfield to San Diego with a heavy concentration in Orange County. We take an educational approach to our sales so our clients can make an informed decision on whether or not solar is the right fit for them. We are currently looking to expand our outside sales force with a highly motivated Outside Sales Consultant selling solar systems to residential and commercial customers.

We are looking for canvassers, sales consultants, and Area Sales Managers. Come be part of a growing company and be fulfilled with your work each day!

Responsibilities:

-Generate solar leads from Cold Calling
-Meet with homeowners and business owners interested in solar for their home
-Set Appointments with Potential Customers
-Negotiate and close deals with homeowners
-Build large network of leads and contacts
-Surpass customer and company goals

Requirements:

-Must be able to generate leads from your individual networking efforts
-High energy, positive, self-starter and problem solver with a proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in an evolving work environment
-Confident with technology
-Results-oriented with exceptional interpersonal communication and follow-up skills
-Capable of managing own time and setting own schedule and appointments
-MUST have a CAR
-Teachable

Pay: $1,000.00 - $10,000.00 per week

• Lehi, UT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
