If you do not have prior flooring sales experience - no problem! We will pay and train you as you begin your career in the flooring sales business.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVERY OTHER SATURDAY.
Our Company: We are a well-established flooring company with 2 locations located in Yuba City and Colusa. The owner of this company has been in the flooring business/ownership for over 60 years.
What You Will Do:
The Sales Representative role with our company will challenge your sales skills and give you the opportunity to gain substantial financial rewards through monthly commissions or you can get paid a higher wage and be an hourly non commission pay. We provide an hourly wage, paid weekly. We’ll provide you with the training you need to learn the business, enhance your sales skills, and provide you the tools to sell and promote our products and services.
The Perfect Match:
- Sales or customer service experience. Experience in the flooring business is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to bring in new business/customers.
- Ability to build relationships with sales customers
- Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift/40 hours a week
- 2 rotating shifts Monday to Friday then Tuesday to Saturday
- Weekend availability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
