Our Sales and Business Development Representative is a friendly, data-driven communicator.

We are looking for a candidate with a high level of investment in the company they work for, with a drive to sell.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The job responsibilities of our sales associate include:

Day-to-Day

Aligns potential customers with our design plans during phone and video sales calls

Manages the appointment calendars for our designers

Dialogues with designers to create ideal schedules for them

Checks in with past clients to see what needs they have currently

Invoices new and past clients

Tracks metrics to evaluate the close rate and track the number of leads

Reaches out to affiliated industries to create collaborations

Connects with local real estate agents and sends mailers to them with personalized notes

Manages and updates our CRM system

*This is a fully remote position.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

At least 3 years of sales experience and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
Highly proficient phone skills
Meticulous in reviewing work
Extremely organized
Adept with different software systems and CRM management
A clear writer with appropriate grammar/punctuation
A quiet, professional workspace
4-year degree

Preferred

Experience working for a small business
Proficiency in Google Suite
Tile sales, architecture, renovation, interior design experience
Tech-savvy

Salary: $65k - $75k with generous bonus compensation based on performance
