Inside Sales – Windows and Doors

Paso Robles Glass is always looking for a qualified individual for an Inside Sales position to join our Team. Window, door and/or glass industry knowledge is a MUST! We are a full retail, residential and commercial glass shop. The position will consist of estimating the full spectrum of products we offer from windows, showers and doors to assisting walk in customers for flat glass. It also includes assisting with answering the phones, general customer service. Retrofit window experience is a plus!

Who we are: Paso Robles Glass is one of the largest full service glass shops in San Luis Obispo County. Our primary products include residential windows and doors, commercial storefront, shower glass, plate glass, and mirrors. We aim to provide top quality products, craftmanship and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have glass sales experience, industry knowledge, personable, exceptional customer service skills and moderately strong computer ability. Ability to do plan take offs, project management experience and scheduling experience is a plus. Must be able to hit sales targets over 1 million annually. Pay can range from 50k- 120k yearly DOE. Possibility of shareable sales car, phone, and iPad, depending on the position.

Skills and Experience Required:

· Industry knowledge in windows, doors and/or glass

· Strong Customer Service

· Ability to use discretion and good judgment

· Quick learner of new products and services

· Strong computer ability

· Ability to multi task in a high pace environment

· Sales experience

· Project management experience a plus

· Scheduling experience a plus

· Open to work weekends and odd hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
