The Install Lead ensures safe and quality work practices and adheres to the California Closets white-glove service requirements. This role assists in training, job site inspections, installer attendance, floating install coverage, and service calls to ensure delivery of the highest level of client experience. The Install Lead provides leadership to the Install Team by setting the example through excellence in quality of installs, productivity, and customer service.
Pay is between $24-$30/hour DOE

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect job sites to ensure that installations are being completed according to Company standards and that installers are delivering white-glove service experiences.
- Use Company-provided assessment tools to assess Installers and make recommendations on ways they can improve.
- Assist in recruiting new Installers and providing new hire training as well as ongoing training.
- Oversee daily job status checklists and daily updates, making sure Installers are providing accurate and daily updates.
- Provide job coverage as a floater when installers call off and responsible for jobs assigned by the scheduler.
- Provide instructions to installers on job sites regarding safety and respect of customer property.
- Responsible for service calls and Go Backs as needed by the Company to satisfy customer service.
- Minimum of three years of experience as a California Closets Installer or Senior Installer level or comparable experience.
- High School diploma or GED
- Must have demonstrated experience in both ability and quality for Custom Cabinetry Installations.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have full mobility to showcase installation and production techniques.
- Must have sight, speech, and hearing adequate for a woodworking environment.
- Some travel may be required.
